經驗證在64bit Ubuntu下gnash確實比adobe flash耗資源耗的多。所以，解決的方法是卸掉gnash，安裝adobe flash。
需要注意的是adobe flash不提供64bit的版本。所以在64 bit 的Ubuntu上必須加裝中間層nspluginwrapper
# 刪除gnash及其浏覽器插件
sudo apt-get remove gnash gnash-common mozilla-plugin-gnash
# 安裝adobe flash插件
sudo mkdir -p /usr/lib/X11/fonts/Type1
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree nspluginwrapper
