This patch makes Xpdf-3.01 support CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) bookmarks, searching, copying in PDF and CJK names of PDF files and directories. I got inspiration from lucida's old patch for xpdf-3.00 which does not support xpdf-3.01.
