在Firefox浏覽器中輸入https://localhost:1158/em
得到錯誤提示：
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:1158.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
解決方法：
1）打開監聽lsnrctl start
2）在終端輸入emctl start dbconsole
3）刷新Firefox浏覽器頁面，會進入Database Instance:orcl頁面，點擊右上角的startup按鈕，
在Host Credentials中輸入電腦的用戶名和密碼，比如zhs和111222333，
在Database Credentials中輸入數據庫的用戶名sys和密碼***，Connect As按默認的SYSDBA不用改，
點擊OK按鈕，進入Startup/Shutdown:Confirmation界面，
點擊YES按鈕，加載一會兒後進入登錄界面，輸入用戶名system和密碼***,Connect As選擇Normal
（或者輸入用戶名sys和密碼***，Connect As選擇SYSDBA），點擊Login按鈕，進入數據庫管理頁面。
