我是使用Unetbootin工具將Backtrack5安裝到SD卡上的。但是我發識別無線網卡，網上找了好久，終於解決了這個問題，現在將處理的過程分享給大家。此方法同樣可解決Linux系統下ThinkPad 系列或其他使用RTL無線網卡的機器。
1.首先介紹以下我機器的環境：
OS:Backtrack 5(基於Ubuntu Linux 10.04)
CPU:Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 380 @ 2.53GHz
Wireless INC：
設備描述：11b/g/n Wireless LAN Mini-PCI Express Adapter II
硬件ID：

2.查看系統內核
root@root:~# uname -a
Linux root 2.6.39.4 #1 SMP Thu Aug 18 13:38:02 NZST 2011 i686 GNU/Linux
3.檢測/lib/modules/2.6.39.4是否有build文件的鏈接，沒有就新建一個。這是在後面編譯compat-wireless需要用到。
root@root:~# ls /lib/modules/2.6.39.4
root@root:~# ln -s /usr/src/linux-source-2.6.39.4 /lib/modules/2.6.39.4/build
4.下載最新的compat-wireless，我現在的是compat-wireless-2011-11-22
http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Download
5.解壓文件包
root@root:/media/Bak/LinuxSoftware/Driver# tar -jxvf compat-wireless-2011-11-22.tar.bz2
6.編譯並安裝compat-wireless
root@root:/media/Bak/LinuxSoftware/Driver# cd compat-wireless-2011-11-22
運行下面的命令，可以顯示支持的設備。
root@root:/media/Bak/LinuxSoftware/Driver/compat-wireless-2011-11-22# ./scripts/driver-select

restore: you can use this option to restore compat-wireless to the original state
我的無線網卡是rtl8192ce/se，所以我選擇rtlwifi。

root@root:/media/Bak/LinuxSoftware/Driver/compat-wireless-2011-11-22# make
root@root:/media/Bak/LinuxSoftware/Driver/compat-wireless-2011-11-22#make install
然後根據屏幕的提示信息裝載設備驅動。然後重新啟動以下機器。
7.連接無線網絡
Wicd是一個機能管理有線網絡，也可以管理無線網絡的軟件。我們使用命令啟動wicd。
root@root:~# /etc/init.d/wicd start
設置wicd在系統啟動的時候就自動啟用:
root@root:~#update-rc.d wicd defaults
運行Wicd Network Manager，要注意配置以下相應的參數。
在Preferences->General Settings，將Wireless interface設置為wlan0
在Preferences->Advanced Settings，保持默認就可以了。
Driver：:wext
Backend：external
這樣，在Wicd Network Manager 中Refresh，就可以發現相應的無線網絡了。點擊相應的無線網絡的“屬性”。勾選使用加密，選擇加密方式並輸入密碼，就可以正常的連接到無線網絡了。
