Ubuntu rsync 3.0 daemon部署注意一下4點：
1 不會自動生成/etc/rsynd.conf 要自己創建 並加入模塊 和uid gid

2，在/etc/default裡面的rsync文件裡面開啟 daemon模式RSYNC_ENABLE=true
3 ，指定的secrets file 權限 其他人不能read o-r
4，uid gid 會替換相關的同步文件到指定uid gid 組
