a. Open a command prompt to the directory where you extracted the compressed file.
b. Run the command:
Windows: installc.exe -acceptLicense
Linux, UNIX, IBM i, and z/OS: ./installc -acceptLicense
期間或許會遇到JVM terminated， error code 13的錯誤，可嘗試替換install.ini中的vm 參數，替換成64位 1.6或者1.7
