此方法BackTrack 3與Linux通用
為什麼要裝 VMware Tools？
因為它可以改善 Virtual Machine 的運行性能，而且可以讓 Host OS 和 Guest OS 互通有無，這樣我們就不用傷腦筋，要架設什麼服務器，來溝通兩個 OS，現在就讓我們開始吧！
VMware Tools所在位置：VMware 安裝路徑 \VMware\VMware Workstation\linux.iso
[root@rd01 ~]# mount /cdrom
# 有時可能加載不了，這時就要先將系統關閉，再手動指定 ISO 映像，看下圖
[root@rd01 ~]# cd /cdrom
[root@rd01 ~]# ls -a
[root@rd01 ~]# cp VMwareTools-5.5.1-19175.tar.gz /tmp
[root@rd01 ~]# cd /tmp
[root@rd01 ~]# tar zxpf VMwareTools-5.5.1-19175.tar.gz
[root@rd01 ~]# cd vmware-tools-distrib
[root@rd01 vmware-tools-distrib]# ./vmware-install.pl

# 注：左下角原本都會顯示「You do not have VMware Tools installed」，現在我們裝了 VMware Tools，就不再顯示了
# 這就是共享完畢的畫面，然後我們就需要到 Guest OS 內，看看可不可以讀取到剛剛共享的目錄
# 順利的話，我們只要到「/mnt/hgfs」文件夾，就可以看到剛剛共享的文件夾了
