1. 去launchpad開賬戶
https://launchpad.net/
點右上角的 Log In / Register，進入注冊頁面。
最下面有個register按鈕，上面有個文本框，在裡面填你的email地址（有效地址，要通過email確認）。接著按register確定。
應該出現以下頁面：
Done!
Your registration URL has been sent to <你的郵件地址>. Once you have followed the link included in that email your Launchpad account will be activated.
